A first Premier League start for Trey today 💪

primetime is opening today in the UK 🇬🇧 ! they say you must kill your darlings at some point… and here’s a darling that hurt to let go. I really loved this title sequence that @dsgarber, @teddyblanks and I made for the movie, and here it is now, in all its glory. thank you to the best cast and crew in the planet that made this movie happen. and if you’re in the US, the movie is still playing in select theaters!

Nesting thoughts 💭🐣

Having been a midwife prior to this you would think I’d have it all figured out😅 But honestly, having more knowledge doesn’t always help.

Sometimes, it actually makes things feel harder.

I’m still human, with my own experience, my own concerns and worries.

I have a midwife because I recognise that I shouldn’t be making all the decisions on my own through an emotional or biased lens.

Yes, I trust my body, but in this world I’m not sure if that’s enough anymore, and I think that’s true for almost everything in life.

Isn’t that why coaches need coaches, doctors need doctors, and therapists need therapists?

Knowing and doing aren’t the same thing, and I’ve learnt that there is so much value in the unteachable lessons we gain from personal experience.

So, to all the mums here, what’s the best advice you received during pregnancy or motherhood? Help a new FTM out 🩷

Before I start posting all the diwali content 💛🩵
