Oliver Glasner: “I hope Manchester City case verdict will arrive quickly”.

“The most important thing is the integrity of the league because as soon as the fans 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 it, they 𝐰𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 it anymore”. 🚫

Sunderland manager Regis added: “The relevant authorities have to be 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒… otherwise you 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 of your competition”, they told The Times. ⚠️

Comment ARMDAY and I'll DM you my full arm day, free. It's the exact arm workout out of my ARMageddon program, and cross-cable triceps extensions are the first exercise on the list.

I'm a meathead first. I'd much rather do skull crushers: they're quicker and there's nothing to set up. The only thing I hate more than all this setup is destroyed elbows.

For a lot of bigger lifters, barbell and dumbbell extensions just don't line up with the elbow. (Yes, 180 pounds is a number I made up. I say so in the video.) The real test is simple: if your elbows flare hard on skull crushers or overhead extensions, chances are they don't fit your structure. If yours stay put and feel good, keep doing them.

This cable version is basically my skull crusher. Same upper arm position, almost the same loading, but it lines up with your elbow joint, so you can keep progressing it for a long time without smashing your elbows.

Comment ARMDAY, the workout hits your DMs, and ask me your triceps and elbow questions below. I'll answer them.
