Did a flexi rod set and definitely messed it up but I really think it came out pretty good 😌 but could have been better if I had the proper tools

🥜 Crispy Peanut Chicken Wings with Red Cabbage & Carrot Slaw Crispy oven-baked wings tossed in a sweet, savory peanut sauce, finished with crunchy chopped peanuts and served with a fresh tangy slaw. 😮‍💨 For the wings * 2 lbs chicken wings * 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil * 1 tsp kosher salt * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * ½ tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp black pepper Peanut sauce * ½ cup bottled peanut sauce * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp honey * Juice of ½ lime * 1–2 tsp chili crisp, optional * 1–2 tbsp warm water, if needed Red cabbage & carrot slaw * 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage * 1 large carrot, shredded * 2 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp honey * Juice of ½ lime * ½ tsp fresh grated ginger, optional * Sesame seeds * Chives or parsley For topping * Chopped peanuts * Sesame seeds * Chives or green onion Heat oven to 425°F. Pat wings very dry, toss with oil and seasonings, and arrange on a wire rack set over a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and crispy. Meanwhile, whisk together the slaw dressing, toss with the cabbage and carrots, and let sit for 10–15 minutes. Warm the bottled peanut sauce with soy sauce, honey, lime and chili crisp over low heat. Thin with a splash of warm water if needed. Toss the hot crispy wings in the peanut sauce, then finish with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds and chives.
