Chasing sunshine and making every summer moment count. ☀️🤍🌴Golden hour by the pool is one of my favorite places to slow down, recharge, and appreciate the little things. Simple moments often become the ones we remember the most.Where would you rather spend your perfect summer day—by the pool or at the beach? 💙

I’m of the opinion that when you make a risotto, it should absolutely not hold its shape when you spoon it onto the plate. You want it to seep to the edge of the plate, it should be fluid not stodgy! It would always pain me when I would go somewhere and the risotto would be put in front of you, served on a plate but stood up right. It’s the kind of thing you would eat and could just feel it reforming its shape in your stomach - I have similar feelings on porridge. Fluid not stodgy!! I’m diving into squash season with this roasted butternut squash and sage risotto. Normally, I would have the squash running through the rice but this time I decided to keep them separate. The base is creamy, cheesy and sage-y and the squash sits politely on top.

Being part of Family Full House with Rohit Sharma was a refreshing experience. As performers, we often find ourselves in structured environments, but this format gives you the freedom to simply enjoy a conversation and respond in the moment. Rohit brings a very relaxed energy to the show, and that helps the interactions flow effortlessly. What I particularly liked was the mix of humour and genuine conversation. It is always enjoyable to be part of something that brings people together through laughter and allows viewers to see a more spontaneous side of everyone.
