#Clique, Timbaland says a foreclosure notice sent him looking into his finances and now he’s suing the men he trusted to handle his business. The producer filed the lawsuit on October 30 against former manager Gary Marella and business manager Bruce Seckendorf. According to court documents reviewed by TheWrap, he accuses Marella of taking unauthorized commissions and fees and concealing payments. He alleges Seckendorf’s firm neglected his mortgage and federal taxes, leaving him facing foreclosure and costly penalties. Timbaland says he discovered the alleged misconduct in 2025 and brought in new advisers to investigate. His complaint alleges nearly $900,000 went to the defendants and attorneys over five months while a year’s worth of mortgage payments remained overdue. Marella denies wrongdoing. He told TheWrap their work generated roughly $75 million in business and blamed Timbaland’s financial troubles on overspending. Seckendorf’s representative had not responded to the outlet. The allegations have not been proven in court. Stay connected with more entertainment news and trending stories at OnsiteGlobalMedia.us (link in bio)
