#London September 2025. Unfassbar schöne Stadt, hätte ich so gar nicht gedacht! Reiht sich auf jeden Fall in meiner Top-Liste ganz weit oben ein.

LET’S SETTLE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL 🤫📏👠 Since this question seems to worry every second viewer more than the global economy, let’s close this topic beautifully! Yes, when you are 6’7”, it’s pretty foolish to expect a tiny Cinderella shoe size. Big ship needs a beautiful, confident sail! 👑💎 My legs are my pride, and they require a strong, queen-sized foundation. 👇 Comment game 🎯 Drop your guess: what do you think my EXACT shoe size is? I’ll like the profile of the first person who guesses it right without clues! Let’s go 👇✨

Here’s what surprised me most about posting in a bikini, with breast implants, at this age. The harshest comments don’t come from men. They come from women. “Act your age.” “Cover up.” “Implants at your age? Really?” “What do your grandchildren think?” “Who is she trying to impress?” That’s shame, plain and simple. It’s the same shame so many of us were handed growing up: be smaller, be quieter, be done. I get it. We were raised to measure ourselves against each other, and when one of us refuses to shrink, it can feel like a judgment on everyone else. It’s not. Yes, I have implants. It was my choice, for my body, and I love them. I also lift heavy, take care of my skin, my muscle, and my hormones. All of it is me deciding how I want to feel in my body at 68. And what do I hope the next generation thinks? That a woman can be strong, confident, and fully alive at any age, and that she never needed anyone’s permission. I’m not here to compete with you. I’m here to show you what’s possible. So I’ll keep walking these beaches in Playa del Carmen, in my bikini, with my implants, my muscle, and my 68 years, with zero apologies. Women lifting women up is so much more powerful than tearing each other down. If you’re over 50 and done asking permission to enjoy your body, drop a 🔥 below. #over60 #agingwell #womensupportingwomen #thisis68 #modernbodiesfitnes
