The fifth version of the Labormatic is the newly launched “Luce,” a 100-piece limited edition from Gagà Laboratorio @gagalaboratoriowatches that combines luminescence and craft in a particularly pleasing way.

Its dial features lapis lazuli design elements at the base, creating the effect of a night sky. Complemented by fully lumed numerals and indicators, “Luce” transforms its appearance after dark, bringing a bold nocturnal personality to the Labormatic.

Twelve years after the original Palatial introduced @jacobandco Jacob & Co. to the world of minute repeaters, the watch returns in a new Flying Tourbillon Minute Repeater. @wei_koh_revolution takes a closer look at the 43mm rose-gold piece, with its translucent red dial revealing the mechanism beneath and a 60-second flying tourbillon positioned at 6 o’clock. Inside is the new manually wound JCCM04 calibre, developed with updated manufacturing and finishing throughout. And then, of course, there is the repeater itself. Two hammers strike twin gongs that wrap around the movement, while a quieter centrifugal governor controls the cadence of the chimes with less mechanical interference. @angelus_watches’ Chronographe Tachymètre revisits the brand’s chronographs of the 1930s–1950s with three colour combinations inspired by motoring. Measuring 37mm across and 9.25mm thick, it pairs a grained dial with finely snailed counters, applied hour markers and Arabic numerals, housed beneath a box sapphire crystal. The 18K yellow gold edition combines a golden dial with British racing green details and a sage green calfskin strap, with production limited to 15 pieces. In steel, the coral-pink version pairs steel-grey accents with sepia grey calfskin and is limited to 30 pieces. The second steel model takes a cooler approach, combining a pearl-grey centre with a petrol-blue flange and counters, a steel blue calfskin strap and a run of 50 pieces. Inside, the hand-wound A5000 offers a 42-hour reserve at 3Hz, with gilded bridges and mainplate lending the movement a vintage appearance. Its chronograph uses a column wheel and horizontal clutch, controlled by a pusher integrated into the crown, while the tachymeter reads average speed over a timed kilometre or mile and the counter at 3 o’clock records up to 30 minutes.
@bremontwatches’ new Supermarine Full Ceramic Deep Blue takes its colour from the meeting of ocean and ice, with production limited to 250 pieces. The 43mm watch combines a monobloc blue ceramic outer case with a titanium inner case and a unidirectional titanium bezel fitted with a matching ceramic insert. A black 3D wave-pattern dial carries trapezoid indexes forming a naval-inspired crosshair, while Super-LumiNova gives the indexes and black gold-plated hands a blue glow, complemented by a matching black date wheel at 3 o’clock. Rated to 500m water resistance and equipped with a screw-down crown and helium escape valve, the watch weighs 74g without its strap. For its field testing, Bremont ambassador and former Royal Marine Aldo Kane headed to Iceland, taking the Deep Blue through cold-water dives in glacial lakes, glacier climbs and trips into the mountains in extreme weather, having previously tested the Jungle Green and Tactical Black editions in jungle environments. Power comes from the BB64AH movement, running at 4Hz with a 56-hour reserve, while the blue PVD-treated titanium caseback is engraved with a map of the world’s oceans. Strap options include black rubber, a black-and-blue NATO or blue embossed rubber with a leather lining.
@omega’s latest Seamasters let you choose your allegiance: James Bond or Spectre. The new Seamaster Diver 300M Bond watches add two steel editions on mesh bracelets, and limited editions sets pairing steel with a precious metal version. Bond’s version pairs a blue aluminium dial with laser-engraved waves and a Grade 5 titanium bezel ring, while Spectre combines a grained black dial with a black ceramic bezel. Their respective gun-barrel and octopus emblems decorate the rotors. Two collector’s sets, limited to 77 numbered sets per theme, each pair a numbered steel watch with a platinum-gold model on leather. The platinum-gold watches feature 18K white gold dials with PVD gradients and 18K Moonshine Gold rotor emblems. Neither watch from these sets is sold separately. @bangkokwatchweek wrapped up its second edition at Siam Paragon with more than 41 participating brands, rare archival watches and a lively programme of symposiums exploring watchmaking, culture and community. @blancpain1735 showcased 15 Neo-Vintage Villeret watches tracing the collection’s history, including its 1989 split-seconds chronograph. @vacheronconstantin’s boutique offered further discoveries, from the Royal Chronometer pocket watch of 1910 to a world-time pocket watch from 1959. On stage, Revolution founder and GPHG President of the Jury Wei Koh joined FHH’s Aurélie Streit and Siam Paragon’s Thanaporn Tantiyanon for the opening discussion on watch culture in Bangkok and Southeast Asia. Other sessions explored heritage with Vacheron Constantin and @franckmuller_geneve, community-building with @georgeskern, the engineering behind @jacobandco’s latest creations, and @grandseikoofficial’s pursuit of the ideal everyday watch. @tudorwatch’s centenary session was a particular highlight. @cole_pennington shared stories spanning the British North Greenland Expedition and Navy frogmen involved in Apollo recovery missions, alongside archival discoveries tracing Tudor’s ties to Thailand and Asian motorsport. @urbanjurgensen returned in June 2025 with three models, nine references and almost five years of work behind it. For CEO Alex Rosenfield, that launch was the beginning of a much longer project. Coming from business and fashion, Rosenfield is candid about his role. “My father and I don’t cosplay as watchmakers,” he says. With Kari Voutilainen providing the technical expertise, his task is to give the company a clear identity, acknowledging the individual makers while maintaining continuity with a history stretching back to 1773. The questions guiding its future are often those a collector would ask: what would we want to wear, and what is missing from the collection? The product plan already stretches a decade ahead, with some watches potentially requiring eight years to complete. Five months after the relaunch, the UJ-2 won the Men’s Watch Prize at the 2025 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. For Rosenfield, the recognition also marked a personal milestone: being welcomed into a community that has become a large part of why he wants to stay in watchmaking. We were at the Doosan Bears’ final regular-season game ever at Jamsil Baseball Stadium this week. It’s been so long since I saw a KBO game that they were still the OB Bears last time I saw them play. Very sad to see Jamsil close and the Bears lose, but we did learn a lot of elaborate cheers. And tried out my new go-to stadium food: pig’s feet and sweet potato sticks.
