✨ Y O G I  S E E  Y O G I  D O ✨ Host: @bowlingandyoga Inspo: @rocknyoga (Rachel) Pose name: #smilingsideplank Happy Saturday! I'm your lead host today and I am thrilled to honor an inspiring yogi who I bet many of you know and love, too @rocknyoga 💜 Rachel and I connected years ago via IG and I've always been drawn to her positive vibes, irresistible smile, and incredible practice. She is a spirit lifter! I chose one of the few poses of hers I can come close to recreating lol! This side plank has an intense side bend and hip opener, but read my tips for ways to work it. Modify with different arm and leg variations. The important part is the SMILE 😁 Rachel's favorite band is The Grateful Dead - she uses their songs in her posts often, and I invite you to do the same today! 🎵 📝 My tips: 👉🏼 Warm up your wrists, side bends, and hips - the top leg will be in a tree pose 👉🏼 I found it easiest to start with my chest rotated down at first and fingers touching the ground already, and then slowly rotate my chest towards the sky (rather than reaching for the ground last) 👉🏼 Hands are relatively close together and top arm fingertips touch down in front of grounded hand 👉🏼 Grounded foot is flat if possible 👉🏼 Smile! Blueface is giving fans a closer look at his growing collection of face tattoos, and his latest ink is definitely making a statement. The rapper recently showed off his face art in an up-close video, revealing several designs, including a touched-up portrait of Benjamin Franklin, casino chips, a Maybach emblem, and a Bentley logo featuring the letter “C.” The new look adds even more detail to Blueface’s already heavily tattooed appearance, with luxury car symbols and money-inspired artwork taking center stage. As the rapper continues switching up his appearance, his latest face tattoos are giving social media users plenty to talk about. Ya’ll feeling the new ink?
