Meet Wally the Whippet!

For #ArtDogs this week we’re featuring multi award-winning painter Lynn Savery!

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations, but in 2017 she decided to dedicate more of her time to her passion – painting. Her talent and dedication won her the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize the following year, a true brush with fate.

Lynn said of this pawtrait, “Darling Wally is a whippet who belongs to a dear friend of mine, who also has two rescue greyhounds, Lilly and Gertie, who I hope to include in paintings in the future.”
