Bodybuilding is something I’ve poured my heart, soul, time, discipline, and sacrifice into for years. Some of the comments people leave on reels showcasing one of the physiques I am most proud of have been absolutely disgusting. What many people do not realize is how drastically lighting, angles, posing, timing, and even a single screenshot can change how a physique appears on camera. A body is not meant to be judged from one freeze frame or one angle, especially in a sport where presentation and visual perception play such a massive role. Behind every physique is a real person. There are years of work, early mornings, exhaustion, sacrifices, self doubt, and dedication that most people never see. It costs nothing to be kind. Even if bodybuilding is not something you personally understand, compassion and basic respect should still matter. At the end of the day, I am proud of the work I’ve put in, proud of how far I’ve come, and proud of the discipline this sport has built within me. Bodybuilding has truly made me a more resilient person. I just hope we can move toward a culture where people think a little more before tearing others down 💕

Gunpowder fried chicken wings! Usually when I fry chicken I add spices like Kashmiri chile powder and amchur (dried mango powder) to the dredge, so I was curious how the gunpowder would taste. They’re so good that Krishna even liked them! If you’ve never fried chicken before, the hardest part is maintaining the right temperature on the oil so that the chicken cooks through and the outside gets crisp, but not burnt. I recommend using a deep fry thermometer and making sure that the oil temperature stays at 325ºF while you’re frying the chicken.
