So here is how you harness this instead of being at the mercy of it….

First — name your top values.
Not the things, not the shiii, not the stuff. The feelings. What emotional states matter most to you and what emotional states are you most desperate to avoid.

Second — check the direction. Are you moving toward what you want or away from what you fear. Because they look identical from the outside and they feel completely different from the inside.

Third — audit the rules. What has to happen for you to feel the thing you most want to feel? Not enough people stop to look at what the condition is. Analyse yourself like a 🤖 how do I make the “happy” or “content” function run? Is that bar achievable? Is it even in your control?

Because if your rule for feeling loved, or happy, or confident, or abundant requires ✨someone else✨ to behave a specific way, you have handed the trigger to someone who was never supposed to hold it👀

The goal is not to remove the rules.
It is to write better ones.
Ones where the conditions are within your reach.

I share deeper tips like this with my email list. It’s free to join and easier to absorb than instagram. Comment DEEPDIVE and I’ll send you the link
