Dear ONCEs,

Sorry to inform that, due to customs clearance issues with shipments from China to Malaysia, some of the freebies unfortunately couldn’t arrive in time 💔

We’ve been following up with the warehouse these past few days, but the items are still stuck. I’ll keep pushing until the last minute, but I wanted to let everyone know early:

🐰 Freebies marked with ✅ in the picture won’t be available on 14/9 (Sunday).
🐰 All others (without ✅) will still be ready as planned!

✨ You can still come and enjoy the cupsleeve event 💕 Just keep your receipt to collect the missing freebies on another day! (For ONCEs from other states, a small postage fee may be needed 🥹🥹)

I’m really really sorry for the delay 🥺 but please rest assured everything promised will 100% reach you! We’ve also prepared lots of small gifts and cute Nayeon-themed decorations (setups, standees, banners 🩵) at Cloud Café, Lalaport, so we hope you’ll still join us this Sunday (14/9) and have an unforgettable day together ✨

I’ll post some previews of the setup on IG Stories tonight, so stay tuned 👀💫

Thank you always for your love and support, and sorry once again 🥹🩵 See you this Sunday ONCEs!!! 💖
