I lost my best friend Jackson to cancer at the age of 14. No 14 year old can comprehend losing your friend you grew up with that young. As this month is to bring awareness to childhood cancer, it’s more than just a month, it’s real life and should be brought to awareness all year. Jackson would’ve turned 18 yesterday (9/10), and deserves to be here more than anyone. I love and miss you Jack, Happy Birthday bubba, this week is for you.

Kash’s sister, #VernikaDunbar, 38, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 29-year-old reality star’s death, according to KTVU. Police say Dunbar was trying to hit a woman fighting with Kash with a g*n when she fired the shot that struck her sister. The incident happened early Sunday in Oakland, California. Kash was taken to a hospital, where she died. Dunbar also faces assault with a firearm and other g*n-related charges. A #Texas detention deputy is out of a job after photos of her posing with jail inmates surfaced on social media.🚔 According to News 4 San Antonio, 18-year-old Karla Beltran was fired from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office on Monday (Oct. 12), just over 100 days after joining the department. The controversial photos show Beltran sitting in front of a window separating her from an inmate holding area, with several inmates posing alongside her from behind the glass. In one image, the former deputy can even be seen flipping off the camera. Beltran, who began working for the department on July 1, was still serving her one-year probationary period, during which employees can be dismissed for failing to meet conduct standards without the option to appeal. The sheriff’s office confirmed her termination, adding that investigators are still looking into how the photos were taken, who snapped them, and where they were shared. Officials also clarified that no criminal charges are pending in connection with the incident. #TJBCrew, do y’all think she was wrongfully terminated, or was the department justified in firing her? 👀
