Service reasonable....had the zucchini corn and holoumi fritters - very ordinary one large overcooked tasteless fritter....came along way wont be back sadly had high hopes

For me, living without my mother is like living without any limbs. It just doesn’t make sense and feels so impossible. My mom leaves us with only good memories and artefacts of a life so richly lived. Ceramics and pottery she made with her hands because she loved art. A home she so thoughtfully decorated with pieces collected over years. Hundreds of books she had read and loved. Beautiful clothes she had bought and made - many unworn - because she loved nothing better than a great outfit. She was excited about everything. From a new show she had watched to a meal she ate or a person she met. I always used to say it was me, Divya and my mom because it really was like we were three sisters. All we did together was laugh and fight like siblings while always teasing her the most. She was always happy for those around her and though she didn’t always have it easy, you would never have guessed with the way she laughed and smiled. She was always having the most fun and didn’t care what others thought. Who will remind me to call my grandmothers every week? Who will ask me to wish every person she knows on their birthday? Who will shout at me when I fall sick and tell me I have the immunity of a newborn? Who will always think of me when she’s shopping online and send me 20 links to choose from? Who will I call when I’m driving to work everyday? Who will Rohit call pretending to be me on the phone with? The only thing I can take away from this incredibly difficult year, is to live in her memory. To make the effort to be in touch with my family and friends. To be open hearted and in love with life, and to (try to) always look my best. After a struggle no human should have to endure, all she wanted was to live. She still had adventures to go on, things to experience, places to see and so much time she wanted to spend with the people she loved. Love you and miss you always mom ❤️❤️❤️
