TNHT Staff: @staxxssss_malone —————— Neighbors, Megan Thee Stallion has opened up about her relationship breakup with NBA player Klay Thompson and a scary incident that led her to believe she was having a stroke. ————————— The Hot Girl Coach discussed the major changes in her life during an in-depth interview for Marie Claire’s September 2026 Legends Issue. While reflecting on her relationship with Thompson, Megan said she eventually realized it wasn’t right for her and described feeling constantly anxious throughout the relationship. ————————— “When something is meant for you, it’s gonna be easy,” Megan said. “It’s gonna be right. It’s not gonna feel like a panic all the time.” She said she felt like she was living in a constant state of panic and needed to focus on calming herself down. “I feel like that’s what I was in, constantly on edge,” she explained. “My nervous system needed to calm down. I feel like I was in a panic 24/7.” ————————— The rapper also opened up about the frightening incident that led to her being rushed from the theater to a hospital while performing in Moulin Rouge!. Megan said she initially feared she was having a stroke after suddenly experiencing alarming symptoms during the performance. “I thought I was having a stroke,” she recalled. “I wasn’t getting any oxygen to my brain, so my hands had froze. My face had froze. I was trying to tell everybody that I don’t think I’m okay.” ————————— According to Megan, those around her initially believed she was simply dehydrated. After arriving at the hospital, she said doctors told her she was suffering from exhaustion and experiencing a panic attack. ————————— Now, Megan says she is making an effort to prioritize her well-being as she adjusts to the changes in her personal and professional life. “I’m definitely trying to stay more hydrated and be more calm,” she said.
