👇Comment “UNWIND” to save your seat 🕯️

Too many of us have become so good at doing, achieving, planning and taking care of everyone else that we’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be.

That’s why I’m hosting a FREE LIVE somatic evening: a space to step out of doing mode and give some energy back to yourself.

Inside Somatic Unwinding you’ll get:

✨ Simple somatic practices to release built-up stress and tension from the body
✨ Nervous system regulation tools you can use when you feel overwhelmed, wired or mentally overloaded
✨ Gentle movement and breathwork to get you out of your head and back into your body
✨ Space to slow down, feel and reconnect with yourself
✨ A chance to experience what it actually feels like to pause without needing to achieve anything
✨ Connection with a community of women who are also learning to stop putting themselves last
✨ And a little surprise for those who join us LIVE 👀

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need any experience with somatics.
And you definitely don’t need to arrive feeling calm.

Let this be your little cup refill. 🤍

Comment “unwind” and we’ll see you live 17. Oct 5 pm Gmt 🙂
