Dress good. Avoid drama. Eat well. Talk less. Chase goals. Stay humble.” Ada pula unggahan bertuliskan “Alhamdulillah”, ajakan bersyukur, hingga pesan “Every rumor needs a crowd. Truth needs only time.” Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar says she won’t be silenced after federal agents searched her Washington, D.C.-area home early Monday morning. She called it political intimidation and accused Trump of weaponizing federal law enforcement against his opponents. ⠀ The Justice Department says the search was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations, the Department of Homeland Security’s criminal investigative arm, and was court-authorized. DOJ did not name Omar or provide other details. Fox and ABC News report agents were searching for Omar’s immigration paperwork. ⠀ House Democratic leaders Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.), Katherine Clark (Mass.) and Pete Aguilar (Calif.) condemned the raid, demanding transparency and promising accountability from Homeland Security and the Justice Department. ⠀ Omar, who is up for re-election, has previously denied allegations of immigration fraud. No charges have been announced.
