Yesterday, the day we had been dreading arrived and Molly left us aged 17. Her last day on earth was peaceful which was a blessing. She came to us as a rescue at the age of two - a stray found on the streets. She never lost her feisty spirit that she’d had to develop to
survive. And we loved her for it. She was a beautiful dog for the kids to grow up with. Fun and full of character. She taught them
how to treat animals - with respect and love. She completed the family for over fifteen years. She’ll be so missed. We’ll miss the pitter patter of her patterdale feet which had slowed to a pit pat. I met her once, and I think I told you at the time, she was the double of our dog Em, who also died at the same age and was the best dog we ever had. So I’m very sad for you all but glad that you gave her a wonderful life and that she repaid you by the bucketful. Sleep tight Molly: good job ♥️
