Exploring great beaches of Chios island! 🏖️

When I was driving throughout Chios coastline I found a scenic secret place - Glaroi beach. Personally I would say - come there earlier as after 11 AM it was difficult to find a parking place due to lack of parking space on the road that goes on northern Chiotic slopes. But the water… just paradise, what to say more?!

I could hear the laughter, remembered the early alarm, walking towards the coffee counter, happy people around, the long drive and all these moments vividly. And yet, every time I came to post it, a voice inside my head went.. ”doesn’t my face look puffy?.” , “what more might I have to hear people say.” and more.. so there she stayed - in the Drafts, hoping to one day (if ever) find a deserving moment to see the light. What a pity! Really. I felt so pretty that day! So pretty. Yet, these thoughts took priority and clouded my mind in lightning speed. It made me think this. At a time when almost everything seems Artificial, the most beautiful thing to be is fully human, in Every. Single. Way. And I’m choosing to celebrate it not regardless of my thoughts but particularly cause of it. Because it is OK to just be. Be free. Be kind. Be happy. 🖤
