Genshin Impact Version "Luna II": "An Elegy for Faded Moonlight"! 🌕
The Main Threat: The new villain, Rerir, the "Rächer of Solnari" (Avenger/Hunter of the Moon), is one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. This means the new Archon Quest is tied directly to the Cataclysm 500 years ago.
His Obsession: Rerir is explicitly stated to have an obsession with the moons. His title in Chinese reportedly translates to "Moon Hunter." This confirms the new region, Nod-Krai, is the epicenter for a confrontation between ancient Khaenri'ah and the secrets of Teyvat's celestial sphere.
The Big Stakes: The fight against Rerir is so severe that it requires multiple conflicting factions to band together, including the Traveler, the local Frostmoon Scions, and even the Fatui Harbingers Sandrone and Arlecchino!
