If you told 2016 Cassie, who had just quit her job at GoodLife to start her own business, that 10 years later she’d see ALL DAY FIT across a building in downtown Toronto… would she believe you?

Honestly? Yeah. I think she would.

That being said, All Day Fit has become more special than I could have imagined.

I didn’t know I’d sign a 10-year commercial lease, build a gym from the ground up, or create a space hundreds of people would call their training home.

But I knew I wanted to change the way people experience fitness. How they feel about their bodies, their health, and what they’re capable of.

I wanted coaching to be personal, education to matter, relationships to come first, and people to feel like they belong.

The last decade has been full of risks, long days, hard conversations, doubt, and more learning curves than I can count.

From GoodLife, to St. Andrew’s Park, the top floor of Cali Love and lululemon, Cardio Go, Training Lane… and now, OFFICIALLY OUR OWN SPACE.

Each space, each coach who joined us, and each person who trusted us with their health helped shape All Day Fit.

For 9 years, we built a business, a reputation, a team, and a community without ever having our name on a building.

Now, in year 10, that name is across the windows of our very own space in downtown Toronto. 🥹

It’s surreal because none of this happened overnight. It happened one client, one session, one relationship, and one leap of faith at a time.

And while having our own space is a HUGE milestone, the thing I’m most proud of isn’t the building.

It’s what we built that made the building possible.

The people. The relationships. The standard of coaching. The genuine care for one another.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey, whether you trained with us in a park 10 years ago or just walked through our doors, THANK YOU.

We built something worth putting our name on long before we had a building to put it on. 💗💚

Simon Dladla

Nathalia Gadelha, a 20 year old pilot from Boca Raton, has been identified by her family as the copilot of the Learjet 60 that nosedived into a Palm Beach County neighborhood Sunday, killing all nine people on board. Her mother and stepfather confirmed her identity to the New York Post. As of Monday morning, officials had not publicly released the names of anyone who died.

The business jet took off from Austin, Texas, headed for North Eleuthera in the Bahamas. Around 12:50 p.m. Sunday, it came down along Military Trail near Greenacres, about seven miles southwest of West Palm Beach. Dashcam video shows the jet dropping nose first and exploding into a fireball just feet from passing cars, leaving a crater in the road. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called the crash cataclysmic and said it looked like a missile coming down. He said no one on the ground was hurt. About 600 residents of a nearby mobile home community were moved to shelters while investigators work the scene.

Minutes before the crash, the crew told Miami air traffic controllers they were picking up light ice and moderate turbulence, according to a radio recording reported by CNN. After asking to climb, the crew declared a mayday. They said the jet was in an overspeed condition and dropping 20,000 feet per minute. Overspeed means the plane was moving faster than the maximum speed it is built to safely handle. Tracking data showed the jet falling about 27,000 feet in roughly one minute before the signal cut off.

Nathalia Gadelha had been chasing this career since she was a teenager. She started flight lessons in 2020, learning from her father, and earned her private pilot’s license at 17 while she was a senior at West Boca Raton High School. That was before she even had a driver’s license. Local station CBS12 featured her in October 2023, when she had already logged 88 hours in the air. Her training was funded through her school district’s Aviation Academy, and she went on to graduate from American Flyers flight school with the goal of becoming a commercial airline pilot.
