This one is simple... grab one dumbbell and go!! 💪

✨ Modified side plank with an overhead reach: length AND strength through your side body. Exhale as you reach.
✨ Dumbbell bird dog: hips and ribs steady while the dumbbell moves. Slow is the goal here.
✨ Dumbbell reach + hip opener: reach, pull the weight back and open your top knee without letting your hips roll back.
✨ 90/90 weighted crunches: exhale as you lift and keep the weight stacked over your chest. SLOW on the way down.

Every one of these trains your core to stay connected while something else is moving, and that’s exactly what your body does all day long 👏

If it feels like too much, go lighter or take the dumbbell out. If it’s not enough, slow it WAY down and own every rep 😅
