Felt large. . From the other day, not feeling amazing today. Still got legs done but kinda hard to eat rn which is driving me nuts. Its been taking me so long to see the scale go up so when something like this happens and i dont feel good it makes me stressed i wont be able to make progress. I know thats not exactly how things work, but if every day could be a cookie cutter copy for an entire off season i would be so happy lol. But alas, life is inconsistent and one must react accordingly. . Been in my head all day about not getting all my food in so just had to talk it out for a sec to get it off my mind. . #bodybuilding #fitness #gym #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation
Dozens of Israeli settlers set cars and trees ablaze and attacked Palestinians as they gathered for their autumn olive harvest across the West Bank on Friday. Masked men, some of them carrying gas canisters, chased and beat people, while others threw rocks and burned trees. Health officials said more than a dozen people were injured across at least eight villages. Among those injured was Heidi Levine, an American photojournalist with The Washington Post. Levine was forced to flee after she says the attackers kicked and beat her, even though she wore a vest clearly marked “PRESS.” Speaking from a hospital bed, she called the attackers “monsters.” “They’re not even humans,” Levine said. “And, yes, they are Jewish terrorists, and they are giving everyone in the country a horrible reputation.” In a statement, The Washington Post said it is “outraged” by the unwarranted attack. The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the violence but questioned what he called “the facts surrounding the confrontation,” saying they “remain unclear and are under investigation.”

The air is crisp but we have fabulous sunshine in the afternoon. Long may it last 🍂 The blazer has made its first appearance. I put a very fine knit sweater underneath as you can never second guess the weather at the moment. This belt 🤎 and boots I will be wearing on repeat so hope you don’t get bored The ladybirds 🐞 have arrived in the kitchen for the winter. Sadly not nearly as many as last year. It maybe due to the long hot summer or the pesticides the farmers use. I would put a picture on my stories but there is no way of hiding the cracks in the wall 😊 The clothes including some coats went to the charity this morning. I was told why are you giving that away I bought it for you? Because I haven’t worn it for 20 years. It’s from Reiss and black and white stripe. Such good quality but it never was my style but sometimes a wise head says nothing We were going out tonight but the animals are all in bed. I have made carrot and coriander soup and the jacket potatoes are in the oven. I just need to open the wine and light the fire for a perfect evening and the money I saved I can buy a new coat 😂 I am joking Have a lovely Friday evening x Blazer, Belt & Sunglasses: @hollandcooperclothing Leggings & Sweater: @uniqlo Boots: @fairfaxandfavor Pearls: @beaverbrooksthejewellers #autumnstyle#autumnoutfits#luxurylifestyle#fashioninspiration#countrychic
