23-Year-Old American Missionary And TikTok Star Charged With S+xually Ab¥sing Three Teenage Boys In Haiti

Maylon Foshee, a 23-year-old American missionary and TikTok creator with over 100,000 followers, has been charged with s+xually ab¥sing three teenage boys in Haiti.

According to a complaint filed on September 22 at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Foshee faces a charge of engaging in illicit s+xual conduct with minors in a foreign country. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in federal prison.

Foshee, from Mansfield, Louisiana, became popular online for speaking Haitian Creole fluently. He worked with Agape Ministries in Gonaives, Haiti, where he reportedly paid school fees for children and allowed some to live in his home.

The FBI launched an investigation in March after receiving reports of alleged ab¥se during Foshee’s missionary work in Haiti between 2023 and 2025. Investigators identified three alleged victims, all aged 14 at the time of the reported incidents between February and December 2025.

According to the complaint, the first boy alleged that Foshee s+xually a§§aulted him twice while he slept at his home. The teenager said he lived with Foshee because he paid for his education. He reportedly tried sleeping in another room to avoid a repeat but alleged that Foshee a§§aulted him again three months later. He also claimed the missionary sometimes beat him with a belt.

The second boy alleged that Foshee s+xually a§§aulted him on the night before his 15th birthday in August 2025.

The third boy said he moved in with Foshee because of problems at home. He alleged that he later agreed to s+xual acts after Foshee offered to obtain a passport for him and take him to the United States. His older brother also reportedly told investigators that Foshee propositioned him for s+x and sent explicit photographs, but he rejected the advances.

U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Keller said the case is being prosecuted under Project Safe Childhood, a Department of Justice initiative against child s+xual exploitation and ab¥se.

Foshee is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Prof. Sulfikar Amir, Ph.D.

Kok Bisa Masuk MDIS?
