I think I’m the first person to train for a marathon this year, so I figured I’d share my experience.

Basically it’s the same as 5k training but instead of immediately redlining, I do it slowly over time. A tasteful redline, if you will 🤌

Police in Germany have launched an investigation into possible sexual assault after saying a robot allegedly grinded against a 16-year-old girl and touched her buttocks. Authorities are now looking into whether the robot was controlled by a 16 and 19-year-old.
