Gracie Wicker

Here's my portable lamp project from my Color and Lighting class! For this project, we had to come up with an original concept/design for our lamp that didn't already exist. We were also not allowed to use an existing cord to a lamp and had to buy the materials to wire it on our own (yes, I wired mine on my own. I know, I know it surprised me too) My lamp was inspired by the game of poker (obviously)- I used playing cards around the base, dice as the "legs", and poker chips as the "shade" to create a cool/chaotic pattern. Overall, this project was super fun and one of my favorite hands-on projects I've done so far!
