New Group Offering! Soundbath and Bodywork!
Experience a nervous system reset like no other. This offering is geared towards the SCI community. Folks with an SCI, family, friends and caregivers are welcome!
🎐Sarah Lakey @pumpkinlake will be playing the soundbath and myself and local LMTs will be offering mini bodywork treatments. 💆🏻♀️Craniosacral Therapy along with visceral and neural manipulation ( organs, brain, nerves).
✨20% of process will go to Oregon Spinal Cord Injury Connection ✨
We’ll be hosting these at The People’s Yoga on Killingsworth.
