Cyanotype animation on used denim for @girlinblue aka girl in red track blue directed by the very talented @isakuzumaki - full vid out now on YouTube.

To create this montage sequence entirely on real denim (no AI for the haters) I sourced waste and used denim from various sources including cutting up a variety of trousers as well as offcuts from fabric producers, hence the varied textures of each frame. I spray coated the denim to reduce emulsion used, but generally each piece still took 10-20mls of cyanotype which is far more than paper!

The hardest part was drying and washing as denim was prone to highlight staining if left too long to dry. But overall a very fun experience and a lovely team to work with. Scroll for BTS shots for more info and to prove it’s all real!

Thanks to @kaileeheller for getting me involved and for the wider team @columbiarecords 💙👖Go watch the full vid on YouTube now!

Comment “claudeprompt” and I’ll send you the full guide.

Opus 5.5 & Fable 5.1 can now build an entire motion graphics video from scratch if you know exactly what to ask them.

Most video prompts stop at a script or a storyboard. This one makes the deliverable a rendered video plus the source file that re-renders it, in 3 formats: 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.

It tells Claude to act as the whole studio: writer, motion designer, sound designer, and render engineer. It needs a setup that can run code and files, like Claude Code or Cowork, since it renders with Chrome and ffmpeg.

The full prompt is in the slides. Save this before your next explainer video.

I'm absolutely heartbroken to tell you that my beautiful D went to sleep for the final time at 00:15 this morning. 💔

She passed peacefully and as gracefully as ever, surrounded by an abundance of love and in my arms, exactly where I promised her I would be.

So many of you have followed D's journey as she so bravely and candidly shared some of the hardest moments of her life. You've seen her extraordinary strength, her humour, her vulnerability and, of course, that beautiful touch of polish that made her so wonderfully D.

But behind everything she shared was simply my girl. My best friend, my little love and the woman I was so incredibly lucky to love and be loved by.

I watched her face things no one should ever have to, yet somehow she still found reasons to smile, laugh and care for those around her. Even in her final days, she remained unapologetically D. I couldn't be prouder of her.

I'm utterly devastated. We had so much more living, laughing and loving to do, and I'd give anything for more time. But I'll forever treasure the life we shared and the privilege of her love.

To everyone who followed her story, supported her or quietly rooted for our girl, thank you. Your love brought her so much comfort.

There will never be another quite like my D. I hope that, alongside the tears, we'll remember her with the smiles and laughter she brought into our lives.

Sleep tight, my little love. 🤍

You were, and always will be, more than enough.
