The poet Mark Nepo inspires me every day through his beautiful book, "The Book of Awakening."
Today's entry touched me deeply. He reminded me that I have a choice: to let go of the beliefs that weigh me down or continue to slog through my one precious life with pockets full of stones.
With loving support, I've released many of these burdens to create space in my heart for lightness and joy.
