We need to talk.

If you’re about to pick yourself apart, at the sight of supermodels in wings and undies, I need to stop you right now.🙋🏼‍♀️

I understand it’s tempting, when faced with the ‘ideal’, to compare yourself to perceived perfection. I know it’s difficult to not allow negative self talk to flood every part of your brain. That you’re ugly, worthless, disgusting.

But Angel is a state of mind, not a body type. Not a dress size. Anyone walking with confidence, self worth, and understanding that their body is the least interesting thing about them?

They’re MY angels.🪽

So if you’re sat there, hating the way you look, unable to get past it, covering yourself and hiding away. I want you to know, you’re a beautiful angel to me. It’s time to start believing it, and living up to it 💖💃🏼✨

Who needed to see this reminder today? 🙋🏼‍♀️

(And I know you know it anyway, but I’m going to remind you. Comparing yourself to anyone is a fools game, but comparing yourself to supermodel with ££££, personal trainers, regular aesthetic and beauty appointments, personalised diets, etc is truly the least helpful thing you could ever do for your self esteem, and what we’re not gonna be doing, is that!!)

Body confidence, body positivity, postpartum body, mum bod, mum tum, saggy tummy, stretch marks, overhang, cellulite, belly, self acceptance, body neutrality
