Your jewellery is great, but are your photos? gennaphoto.com converts regular phone pictures into premium jewellery product photos using templates, so you can upload your whole catalogue without a photoshoot bill.

high-functioning women on the weekend 👇🏼

if you do this, your body hella needs it, so INDULGE!

seriously, let yourself move slow (or not move at all)...

if this happens to you once in a while (like one day per month) there’s nothing wrong at all

but if you’re in a pattern of doing this every weekend, your nervous system is super overloaded and depleted

and it’s ok! you can def bring it back into a regulated state so you don’t crash out every weekend (just once in a while instead)

instead of forcing yourself to come out of this, you’ll want to do tiny movements in bed that bring your body back into a state of regulation

do you want to get your energy back (without having to get out of bed)? 👇🏼

comment REGULATE to get an the somatic exercises to regulate your nervous system and get your energy back 💖✌🏼💖
