This is my brother Jayden wearing the 50th Anniversary Hip-Hop edition of the Death Row Records hockey jersey. Back in the '90s, I grew up listening to Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, 2Pac and Death Row Records. One of my brother's favorite rappers is Snoop Dogg. My brother Jayden is also an upcoming actor who was inspired by, myself personally, in pursue acting. The best is yet to come. Stay tuned!

Hype or Hoax – Episode 259

✅ Worth the Hype (9.5/10)

Low Cal Carrot Cake — I am the carrot cake connoisseur, so much so my wedding cake was a carrot cake. I am a good judge of carrot cakes and this is an impeccable carrot cake with insane macros. Run, make it, you won’t regret it. Elite. One of Madeline’s best.

Full Recipe (Makes 9 big squares)
* Cake:
* Low-fat cottage cheese — 300g (approx. 10.6 oz / ~1.2 cups)
* Large eggs — 2 eggs
* Egg whites — 150g (approx. 5.3 oz / ~2/3 cup)
* Finely grated carrot — 200g (approx. 7 oz / ~1.5 cups)
* Oat flour (blend whole oats) — 100g (approx. 3.5 oz / ~1 cup)
* Baking powder — 2 tsp
* Vanilla extract — 2 tsp
* Cinnamon — 2.5–3 tsp
* Ground ginger — 1/2 tsp
* Nutmeg — 1/4 tsp
* Salt — 1/4 tsp
* Sweetener — Liquid or powder, to taste (don’t be shy)
* Cream Cheese Frosting:
* Light cream cheese — 150g (approx. 5.3 oz / ~2/3 cup)
* 0% Greek yogurt — 200g (approx. 7 oz / ~3/4 cup)
* Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
* Sweetener — Liquid or powder, to taste
* Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish with a quick spray.
2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, oat flour, baking powder, vanilla, spices, salt, and sweetener until smooth. DO NOT be shy with the sweetener, it NEEDS it.
3. Fold in the grated carrot by hand. Don’t blend it in.
4. Spread evenly into the dish. Bake 28–35 minutes, start checking at 25. The centre should be set with moist crumbs.
5. Cool completely.

Macros & Fibre (Per square / 1 of 9 big squares)
* Calories: 160 cals
* Protein: 13g
* Carbohydrates: 15g
* Fat: 5g
* Fibre: ~3g (Estimated)

Verdict
9.5/10 — An absolute masterpiece for any carrot cake lover. Hitting elite, gooey, dense textures with a thick cream cheese frosting while delivering 13 grams of protein for only 160 calories per square makes this crown-jewel worthy.
