Designed, sealed, delivered.  Get ready for a special premiere - tomorrow in New York.
According to authorities, the driver initially delivered food around 2:35 AM before returning nearly an hour later, around 3:30 AM, hoping to speak with the woman. Police say 33-year-old Khuslen Saruultuya confronted the driver with a firearm, forced him to the ground, and fired a shot that grazed his buttocks. He then allegedly pistol-whipped the driver and threatened to k*ll him. During a search of Saruultuya’s apartment, investigators reportedly discovered large quantities of suspected drugs and more than $11,000 in cash. Saruultuya is now facing attempted felony murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and multiple drug-related charges. A judge has denied him bond.
Sometimes we’re so busy looking at our shortcomings that we can’t see how far we’ve come! I keep waiting for when my meditation, face exercises, shoulder exercises, diet, studies to bear their fruits but actually if I really look I already have plenty of fruits around me 😆 I’m so much calmer and relaxed than a year ago! I’m much better at knowing when to slow down. I have way less meltdowns. I almost don’t have days where I just can’t get up or do anything. My face is less puffy. I can explain most concepts of Ayurveda and even give tips to people depending on their constitution. Life is just much better! It’s funny to wait for when it’s gonna be ‘it’ but most of the time we don’t know what ‘it’ will feel or look like! Like I didn’t know I could feel something else than dread and exhaustion on a daily basis, it was just normal for me. Now I know I can actually have a good mental health and feel good! How far have you come from a year ago? What about from 5 years ago? 20 years ago?
This ♥️
