Hello! ๐๐ผ Welcome to the first reel of Peichin_Does to Pappardelle ai funghi porcini ๐โ๐ซ one of my absolutely fav dishes to make. Making fresh pasta relies on muscle memories that seem to stay longer than where I place my phone or glasses.
I am feeling a bit poorly today so I skipped the work and stayed home for a little TLC from myself. Are you like me as a parent, always cook for the family and the meals are often what the children would enjoy, rarely just for yourself?
This is for you. The silky pasta cooked al dente to soak up all the juice from the wild mushroom, garlics and parsley. I threw in remaining sausage meat from last nightโs dinner. Immediately I was teleported to Tuscany ๐ฎ๐น
