Your brain can keep you trapped in a trauma bond by separating the good memories from the painful ones. This psychological mechanism is called splitting. You hold onto the loving moments, the kindness, and the person you believed the narcissist was. Meanwhile, the cruelty, manipulation, and painful experiences get pushed into a separate compartment. This keeps the narcissistic shared fantasy alive and makes it incredibly difficult to see the relationship clearly. The key to dissolving a trauma bond is integrating these memories so you can finally see the whole experience for what it was. 💬 Comment COURSE below and I’ll send you a FREE course to help you understand this process.

I've been wanting to show you this outfit since the beginning of the year, and I can honestly say it's one of the creations I'm proudest of 🖤🔥 This was without a doubt one of my most ambitious and creatively challenging projects to date. Getting the sheer volume, shape and length of that dramatic batwing leather train was no easy task. The entire pattern was drafted completely by hand, from scratch. Something I really want to emphasise is that everything I create starts from a roll of fabric. No pre-existing garments, no shortcuts. Every single piece is built from the ground up. Every flame was hand-painted, every bead hand-sewn, every stone individually set, and every stud and piece of hardware carefully sourced and applied. So many hours of work went into bringing this vision to life. It's pieces like this that remind me why I love what I do. Pushing myself creatively, figuring out how to make the seemingly impossible work, and seeing it all come together in the end. I really hope this outfit gets the love it deserves, because it holds a very special place in my heart. And I absolutely cannot wait to create more magic for Stephanie in the future 🖤
