This September, many of us have been reflecting on Artsakh: the beginning of the 44-day war, the pain of forced displacement, and the lasting images of loss. Yet alongside grief lives a story of resilience and hope.
Nina, who became a powerful voice of storytelling on social media during the blockade and war, is now pursuing her academic journey in New York. “Even far from home, I carry Artsakh with me every day,” she shares.
Through simple traditions such as dancing or preparing zhingyalov hats, Nina stays connected to her roots while extending an invitation for people everywhere to understand, to share, and to stand in solidarity. We wanted to share her message with you all today.
