Just another beautiful Wednesday burning things with friends and sharing good vibes. It's really special to participate in such a supportive community that lets you live in your flowstate. That's why I drive 4 hours just to burn with my LA flowmies. Being able to find that cozy place in your mind where every motion flows out naturally with ease. It can take a lot of time and discipline, but with the cheers of my friends and community on the sidelines it feels effortless. They inspire me to push myself, try new things, and most importantly enjoy the journey not the destination. I'm looking forward to travelling and teaching this next year and getting to meet a lot more of my awesome flowmunity

Lately I've been having a lot of fun getting down on the ground and rolling around 🔥 Give it a try, you might like the dirt. Also have some new transitions to the floor I've been working on so stay tuned.
