🚨 KATIE ZACHARIA SPENT YEARS ON NATIONAL TV AS A “LEGAL ANALYST” BUT WHERE IS THE LAW LICENSE? The Wall Street Journal reported that Katie Zachariah took the California bar exam after graduating from Pepperdine Law School in 2011—and failed. Reporting has also raised questions about whether she was ever admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions where she has lived. Yet for years, Zachariah has appeared on television as a legal and political commentator, with Fox News introducing her using legal-analyst and attorney-related titles. She has also been associated with claims of legal work in China, including a general counsel role. So here is the question the public deserves answered: HOW CAN SOMEONE BE PRESENTED AS A LEGAL AUTHORITY FOR YEARS IF THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW? Let’s separate the issues: ⚖️ Appearing on TV as a legal analyst is not automatically illegal. People can discuss legal issues without being licensed attorneys. ⚖️ Practicing law without authorization is illegal. The law depends on the jurisdiction and the specific conduct. ⚖️ Misrepresenting professional credentials can have major consequences. Whether a legal violation occurred depends on the statements made, the circumstances, and the applicable law. And a television introduction is not proof of a law license. The Associated Press has reported on a complaint asking California’s State Bar to investigate whether Zachariah misrepresented her credentials. A complaint is not a finding of wrongdoing—but it raises questions that deserve answers. It gets even more concerning given her association with the White House press secretary role. For a position speaking on behalf of the administration, rigorous vetting should be nonnegotiable. Who verified her credentials, and what background checks were conducted? The public deserves answers. THE PUBLIC DESERVES TRANSPARENCY. PERIOD. Especially if they are paying her salary as a public servant and Press Secretary. #KatieZachariah #FoxNews #MediaAccountability #press #trump

Oddli x Jaden Edwards launching October 30th Since Oddli has come into my life, I believe I’ve become the truest version of myself, and this set is a representation of that. The moments I enjoy most are slow, quiet and comfortable. It took me a long time to realize that’s what makes me feel the fullest. I found peace through baking, reading, creating, and spending time with the people who uplift me. I’m a complete and total homebody. I love to be cozy, but I also love feeling put together, and beautiful. This set is all of those things wrapped into one. Even if my whole day is spent at home, I want to roam around the house in something that is easy to lay down in and just as easy to leave the house in (if I feel like it). John Boyega Shares First Photos With Wife Tae Heckard and Gives Fans a Glimpse of Their Newborn Son Blogged by: Grace L. John Boyega is officially letting the world in on his private family life, and the “Star Wars” actor has been keeping more than one major milestone under wraps. After nearly two years of marriage, the 34-year-old finally shared photos with his wife, actress Tae Heckard, while revealing that the couple has already welcomed their first child together. On Wednesday, October 14, Boyega surprised Instagram followers with a carousel featuring intimate moments with Heckard, whose full name is Lashontae Heckard. The photos included the couple embracing, Boyega holding his wife’s growing baby bump, and a family moment featuring Heckard’s older son. However, the biggest surprise came in the final slide, which featured a video of Boyega gently cradling his newborn son and stroking the baby’s head. Although fans had only recently learned that the actor was expecting a child, Boyega revealed that their little boy had actually arrived some time ago. He captioned the post: “Our bundle of joy has been with us for some time now but thank you for all the well wishes. Also my sister is about to pop! Wish her well too! Back to feeding this big baby!” The actor did not reveal his son’s name, exact birth date, or additional details about the delivery. Nevertheless, the announcement offered fans their first public glimpse of his new life as a husband and father. Heckard also celebrated the moment in the comments, writing, “love and blessings to my Blessing!!!!.” Her Instagram profile now identifies her as Tae Boyega, further confirming the relationship that had been the subject of speculation for months. The family reveal comes just days after Boyega shocked fans by casually announcing that he had secretly gotten married. During an interview with The Guardian published October 4, the British Nigerian actor was asked about the jewelry on his left hand. Rather than avoiding the question, Boyega disclosed that he had been married for nearly two years.
