The ADS STEPtember challenge has come to an end. With completing 408,000 steps and 314km this month, Reece and I have had an absolute blast. I wanted to thank everyone who donated to this incredible organization.

آدلی کافه، شعبه مرزداران. اولش بگم که قیمتها گرونتر شده، چون ویدئو برای تابستونه. بعدشم که اینم بگم که خیلی #خوشمزه ست تریلیچه های پسته شون 😁 البته ما رفتیم سراغ غذاهاشون. پیده و خاچاپوری و بورک دارن بصورت مفصل، که همگی پیشنهاد میشن 👌 دو طبقه ست دیگه، که طبقه پایین مال غذاست. البته همه چی هر دو طبقه سرو میشه. انواع باقلوا کیلویی و دونه ای هم دارن، با کیفیت و خوشمزه 👌پس از دست ندید

This Is NOT Normal Ramen 🍜
Recipe ⬇️

I used @otoki_global Cheesy Ramen and topped it with juicy garlic Parmesan steak bites tossed in a buttery garlic sauce with fresh parsley, lemon, and real Parmigiano Reggiano. This might be one of the best ramen combinations I’ve ever made!

Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites
1½ lb ribeye or NY strip steak
2 tbsp olive oil
Your favorite steak seasoning
4 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Creamy Cheesy Ramen
1 package OTOKI Cheesy Ramen
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 egg yolks
OTOKI cheese seasoning packet
Reserved ramen water

Directions
Cut steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with your favorite steak seasoning, and toss until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 1–2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet.

Reduce heat to low and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes until combined.

Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic Parmesan butter until fully coated. Finish with additional freshly grated Parmesan.

Cook OTOKI Cheesy Ramen according to package instructions, reserving about ½ cup of hot ramen water before draining.

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, egg yolks, and the cheese seasoning packet. Slowly add a little hot ramen water while whisking until smooth and creamy.

Add cooked ramen to the cheese mixture off the heat, tossing until evenly coated. Add more reserved ramen water as needed for a silky sauce.

Plate the cheesy ramen, pile the garlic Parmesan steak bites on top, and finish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley!
