My proudest transformation to date… 🥹 Looking back at the old me, I realize just how much this journey has changed me. Yes, my body has changed, but pregnancy and motherhood gave me a whole new appreciation for what my body is capable of. It wasn’t easy, and even now, rebuilding my strength postpartum comes with its own challenges. You don’t have to do it all. You don’t have to rush the process. Just keep showing up in whatever way you can. Your body deserves that love and care too. And that’s exactly why I’m so excited to bring you pregnancy-safe workouts, postpartum programs, and so much more inside the brand-new @l1ftwellness app. 💪🏾🤎

The Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to restrain the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), led by its founder Abhijeet Dipke, from holding a protest at Central Park in Connaught Place on Friday, October 16. The court took on record the Delhi Police’s assurance that it would take “all possible measures under the law” to regulate and control the gathering. The New Delhi Municipal Corporation, however, said in the evening that Central Park will remain closed for the general public on October 16 and 17, “due to administrative reasons”. Police then said, citing the court proceedings, that only a group of 11 could be allowed to protest. 📸 Ani #abhijeetdipke #cjp #aa #protest
