People with really, really dense heavy hair are always hesitant to go short. I get it. Or maybe you’re a hairstylist and you’re nervous to do it on a client. Well I have exciting news for you! I have an online short shag class on my website for stylists and it’s 15% off right now.

If you’re cutting your hair at home, you can do this exact cut with my bangs and layers which are on sale too!

You’ve probably had a bad experience in the past and don’t want to end up with another cut that feels chunky, bulky, or impossible to grow out. There is a way with a razor cut to have cute short hair that is soft, grows out effortlessly and evolves, with no awkward in-between phase. It removes heaviness and gives you the easy wake up and go hair that moves instead of just sitting there.

Ines was so ready. She is one of those clients who does a big chop every few years, and it was time. The cut is just more adult, grown and gorgeous @squeakcode

I styled it with a mix of @hairstorystudio hair balm + a touch of oil to bring out shine and definition through the ends, but still keep a little hold. And as always, new wash so her color doesn’t fade.

P.S. i love the fragrance free version for anyone sensitive or allergic like myself… This is all you need for hair that styles itself.

Here’s what I wish I knew before my first postpartum 🤍

Your pelvic floor plays a HUGE role in your body’s daily function. It helps support your pelvic organs (bladder, uterus, and bowels), stabilize your core and pelvis, and contributes to sexual health.

Before jumping back into your regular workouts postpartum, prioritize rebuilding your deep core and pelvic floor function so you can return to exercise with a strong foundation.

Comment MAMA and I’ll send you a FREE MONTH of my Postpartum Program that you can begin any time postpartum, whether you're 2 months or 2 years pp!🤍

RJ Mitte underwent a grueling six-month audition process for the role of Walter White Jr. in Breaking Bad, consisting of four tryouts in Los Angeles and a final screen test in New Mexico.

He read scenes from the pilot episode across five total auditions and was among the very last main cast members chosen. During one memorable audition, the casting director handed Mitte her own crutches to help him physically anchor the performance.

This was a unique challenge for Mitte because he actively avoided relying on mobility aids in real life despite having mild cerebral palsy. After a final screen test in Albuquerque against one other actor, series creator Vince Gilligan called Mitte to cast him. He immediately flew back out to the set because filming for the show had already started.

A Miami jury awarded #KeetaVaccaro $500,000 on Tuesday after finding #TyreekHill liable on two battery claims in her civil lawsuit.

Jurors found him not liable on five other battery claims, one assault claim, intentional infliction of emotional distress and continuing domestic violence. Another battery claim was dismissed before the verdict.

The jury declined to award punitive damages. This was a civil verdict, not a criminal conviction.
