Here we go🔱
I started this journey exactly 100 days ago as a personal challenge on June 23. Like many people, I've faced the sting of judgment for being fat. Initially, it was my ego pushing me, and frankly, I lacked the confidence to see it through.
These past three months have been a battle. There were countless days I wanted to quit, days when the effort felt too heavy. But something deep inside—a belief in my own potential—kept me from stopping.I had to work around two injuries, but I never let them be an excuse.
This photo is the result of focused hard work, sustained effort, and significant sacrifice. I've dropped 8 kg, lost fat, built muscle, and, most importantly, gained a confidence that is priceless. While this might not look like a massive shift to everyone, for me, this is monumental progress.
The change doesn't stop here. I've already committed to the next phase: the "Winter Arc" body transformation challenge. I will be back stronger.
Don't wait for the "right time" to change. You can choose to sit back and accept the insult, or you can choose to transform and prove them all wrong.
