When you just know your whole family’s life is about to change forever.

Nobody really prepares you for how emotional it is to go from one baby to two. For three years, it’s been just the three of us. Zoë has had all of our attention, all of our love, and a little world that revolves around her. And while I can’t wait to meet our newest little love, I can’t help but feel a little sad knowing this chapter is coming to an end.

Not because I’m not ready for another baby, but because I love this version of our family so much.

Mamas of two or more, please tell me I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I came into this sport wanting to build a better body. I leave it wanting to build a better life. Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistency. Lessons I will carry into every other part of my life. Whatever the outcome, I’ve already made peace with it. I’ve given this sport everything I could, and I’m grateful for everything it has taught me. ❤️☝️💪

Special evening to be at my former colleague Nidhi Razdan and Omar Abdullah wedding reception. Especially because it was a rare opportunity to catch up with many old NDTV friends. What fun times we all had in the golden era of tv news . 🥂😊
