![I won’t judge you for canceling plans when your brain gets too loud. For using whatever kept you alive. For taking time off, for losing yourself for a while, for being too depressed to shower for weeks. For flinching when someone touches you, for picking the wrong person because you were scared to be alone, for setting boundaries, for your anger taking over when your body already has enough to fight. Imagine how beautiful this world would be if we stopped judging each other so fast and started trying to understand instead.
Btw, poetry book ‘Between Heaven & Earth’ is out now. It’s a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way.
If you’d like to read it, comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link.
