Opening Address at the Khalra Cup Day 1

Honoured, exhilarated, and enamoured by the incredible energy of everyone who participated on Day 1. The Khalra Cup represents more than just a legal exercise; it is a call to explore the rights and lived experiences of all Canadians. It is a call to champion justice through understanding and it is a call to bring light to issues and voices that may otherwise exist in darkness.

Humbled by how successful day one was, grateful for all the support we’ve received (from family, friends, the legal community), and excited to build on this momentum with finals tomorrow.

See you there @khalracup 🏆
