💪 ON-SEASON vs. OFF-SEASON: TWO DIFFERENT BODIES, TWO DIFFERENT GOALS! Read the info below so you can get a better understanding. "My people perish from a lack of knowledge" God In this video, you're seeing two IFBB Figure Pros at different stages of our bodybuilding journeys. 🏆 Coach Jessica – 5 Days Out From Competition - Body Fat: Approximately 8% - Extremely lean, competition-ready physique - A temporary look achieved through months of preparation - NOT a sustainable or healthy body fat percentage for most women year-round 💙 Coach Dee – Off-Season at Age 56 - Body Fat: Approximately 15–16% - Maintaining muscle mass while allowing my body to recover and grow - Eating more, training hard, and focusing on longevity - Staying within a manageable competition off-season range because I plan to compete again Here's what I want women to understand: Jessica's physique isn't fake. It's REAL, but it's a temporary competition physique. What you see onstage is not what most competitors maintain throughout the year. And while my body fat percentage is higher than Jessica's, it's still considerably lower than what's typical for women my age. I'm an athlete. I maintain a leaner physique because of my sport, but that doesn't mean every woman should aim for my body fat percentage. Staying extremely lean can affect hormones, bone health, recovery, and overall wellness. 📊 Women's Body Fat Percentage Guide Approximate general wellness ranges by age, not competition standards. Age| General wellness reference 20–29| 21–32% 30–39| 22–33% 40–49| 24–28% 50–59| 24–30% 60+| 25–32% As you age, a slightly higher body fat percentage can be normal and healthy. Hormonal changes, especially during and after menopause, can affect fat distribution, muscle mass, metabolism, and bone health. Maintaining adequate body fat can also support energy, recovery, and overall wellness. For women in their 40s and 50s, 24–28% body fat can be a perfectly healthy place to be! You do NOT need to be at 15% to look fit, build muscle, or be healthy.

Hoping for the best. Get @reshare_app • @bdisgusting It was back in 2018 that Syfy pulled the plug on The Asylum-produced zombie series “Z Nation,” ending the show after five seasons. The world of “Z Nation” was later expanded upon with the prequel series “Black Summer,” with sixteen episodes of that series airing across two seasons. What’s next from the “Z Nation” Universe? Well, The Hollywood Reporter breaks the news this morning that The Asylum is bringing “Z Nation” back from the dead with a new sequel series. THR details, “Z Nation: Resurrection will be set in the same zombie-infested world as Z Nation, several years after the events of the original series. The world faces a new undead threat that threatens to wipe out the world’s remaining human population.” “Asylum says Z Nation: Resurrection will feature a new generation of survivors,” The Hollywood Reporter goes on to detail, ”while fan favorites from the original show, including Warren (Kellita Smith), Murphy (Keith Allan), Doc (Russell Hodgkinson) and Citizen Z (DJ Qualls) are in talks to join the new series in supporting roles.” The first season of “Z Nation: Resurrection” is set to feature 10 brand new episodes. “Z Nation has never really gone away,” said Asylum co-founder David Rimawi. “The fans have kept this world alive, and for years we’ve heard the same question: ‘When are you bringing it back?’ Z Nation: Resurrection gives us the opportunity to return to the characters and universe audiences love while taking the story somewhere bigger, darker, and even more unpredictable.” “The original series connected with audiences because it was fearless, funny, and never afraid to surprise people,” said Vitale. “Z Nation: Resurrection builds on everything that made the series distinctive while expanding the mythology, raising the stakes and creating opportunities to take the franchise in exciting new directions.” Created by Karl Schaefer and Craig Engler, “Z Nation” was originally launched in 2014, with 68 total episodes airing across the five seasons that came to an end back in 2018. #znation #syfy #blacksummer

I’m not saying I’m getting back into dating any time soon, but I have been thinking about what that might look like if I ever do. Someone recently gave me a few tips about dating again, and I haven’t stopped thinking about them. Especially the one about treating dates like interviews rather than auditions. Because why are we so worried about whether someone likes us that we forget to ask ourselves whether we even like THEM? And the more I think about it, the more I realise how much my standards have changed. I love my life. I love my independence. I love my peace. And I really, really love being myself. I’m not interested in performing a version of myself that somebody else might find more attractive. I’m not interested in pretending to enjoy things I don’t. And I’m definitely not interested in a relationship that makes my life harder than it already needs to be. At this point, being single doesn’t scare me. Losing myself again does. Anyway, ladies, especially those of you who’ve started dating again after a long relationship, what are your absolute NON-NEGOTIABLES? Because I feel like this list could get very interesting. (Also I saw the spelling errors too late- not deleting to repost)
