Who couldn’t use a little escape these days? My escape is this show on @netflix! It does have subtitles so it’s difficult to multitask while watching (probably a life lesson for me!) but it does make me very happy! 🥰 What shows are your escape right now?? Comment below for all of us! 👇

Most divorce lawyers walk into a meeting with paperwork. Allison Janney walked in with a Rottweiler and enough confidence to destroy someone's entire life. Now THAT is how you make an entrance. In The Roses (2025), Allison Janney delivers one of the most brutally hilarious performances as Eleanor, the ruthless divorce attorney representing Ivy Rose, played by Olivia Colman. And the moment she enters that room, you already know someone is about to lose everything. On the other side sits Theo Rose, portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch, alongside his lawyer Barry, played by Andy Samberg. There's just one problem. Barry mostly handles real estate. Eleanor looks like she's been preparing for this confrontation her entire life. And she didn't come to negotiate. She came to win. The confidence. The savage insults. The complete lack of hesitation. Even bringing her intimidating dog, Bruno, feels like a calculated psychological attack. But what makes this iconic scene so unforgettable is Allison Janney's delivery. She doesn't simply play an aggressive attorney. She makes every sentence feel like a personal attack disguised as professional legal advice. And somehow, it's absolutely hilarious. Directed by Jay Roach and written by Tony McNamara, The Roses is a 2025 dark comedy reimagining of the 1989 classic The War of the Roses. Beneath the outrageous dialogue and brilliant performances lies something surprisingly relatable. Sometimes arguments stop being about who's right and become a competition over who can hurt the other person more. And when two people refuse to back down, even a divorce meeting can turn into psychological warfare. Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch bring incredible chemistry to this chaotic marriage, but Allison Janney proves that you don't need much screen time to completely steal a movie. Some lawyers fight for a fair settlement. Eleanor makes you grateful you're not sitting across from her. Save this must-see scene from The Roses or share it with someone who would definitely want Eleanor representing them in court.
