This Chicago marathon has been my best performance so far and I couldn’t be more proud. This summer I poured so much more of myself into running and seeing the return on investment Sunday was special. My training block was way better than last year but not perfect at all. I ran higher mileage but was absolutely lacking consistency and confidence quite often on my end most days. We tripled our volume from last summer and emphasized speed work and holy pay off. I did feel like I had a lot in the tank during this race. The whole race I felt super strong but couldn’t really catch my stride until the last 4 miles when everyone else starts cramping😭. TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND STRANGERS!!! The support on the course was absolutely insane! I heard absolutely everyone. Chicago I love you!! I need that sub 3 next year. 🎥: @kevinreodica #chicagomarathon #runner #chicago #runningmotivation #runningcommunity

Recording Academy Voters !! @grammys 🩵 💚 🩵 I laughed , cried, and even sang …as anyone in my world will tell you I do in conversation in my daily life 😉 I’m so thrilled I’m in the running for a nomination because I took great pride in being as vulnerable and conversational as possible in narrating my own memoir ! I’m featuring this little excerpt about my Mama … hope you enjoy 💛
