Sobriety… It wasn’t easy.

In fact, it was the toughest thing I’ve ever done. But also the most rewarding.

I was broken inside and masked it with drugs and alcohol. I felt like I had peaked in life. Where I was at was where I was meant to be.

I finally hit my rock bottom one very intoxicated night and about lost everything, including my wife.

I’m thankful for that night.

I took it one day at a time. I started stacking more good decisions than bad and eventually dug myself out of that hole.

If I can… You can too.

If you’re struggling just know there’s a way out. Your life is worth it. Don’t ever feel too ashamed to reach out to someone for guidance.

I’m always a message or a call away.
