#MelyssaFord is getting candid about why she’s still single as she approaches her 50th birthday! ❤️

As part of her “50 Days to 50” countdown, Melyssa shared seven reasons why dating looks different for her these days. She explained that chemistry alone is no longer enough, small talk doesn’t interest her, and after experiencing heartbreak, she’s become much more cautious about who she allows into her life.

Melyssa also revealed that she values intellectual connections, refuses to lower her standards and has grown so comfortable with her independence that she actually enjoys being alone. She says she now pays closer attention to emotional safety, how someone handles difficult conversations and whether their actions match their words.

And before anyone calls her bitter, Melyssa made it clear that she’s simply no longer willing to compromise the peace she worked so hard to rebuild. (SWIPE)

Family, do y’all relate to any of Melyssa’s reasons for staying single?
